Luck Ser gained 32 years of corporate experience with two large MNCs; BP and Int’l Computer Ltd. In those organizations he gained experience in both line management (Functional Head level) and in leading strategic transformations, including organizational development (covering Organizational Structures/People, Processes & Technologies/Facilities) of varied key functions at departmental, country and regional levels.

He is the founder of C-Transformation Pte Ltd, whose mission is to enable the core transformation of individuals, teams and organizations through fit-for-purpose interventions, be it Consulting, Facilitating, Training or Coaching and Mentoring.

Luck Ser is a Singaporean who previously lived and worked in England, China and Malaysia now lives in Singapore, is married to a supportive wife and blessed with three wonderful children.
