Started in 2004, C-Transformation Pte Ltd (CT) was the beginning of a discovery of the passion of Mr LIM Luck Ser, the Founder.

Luck Ser was a Line Manager in two MNCs. During a period of 13 years, he had 11 different jobs spearheading strategic changes and transformations. Changes often involve Technology, Structure/Process and People. His career evolved him through Technology towards Structure/Process and finally towards People where he discovered it is his passion to develop people generally. He then became a free-lance Trainer-Coach-Consultant to fulfill his passion.

Through Luck Ser’s almost 40 years of working experiences, he found that Change and Leadership Development are two of the biggest challenges in work as well as everyday life. He aspires to enhance Performance and Development of the Individual-Team-Leaders through Simplicity, Enjoyment, and Relationship and Results.
